Our dedicated team destigmatizes mental differences and elevates consciousness through a multifaceted approach - emphasizing empowerment, humor, non-shaming, and introspection.  We guide our clients to embrace their authentic selves and achieve higher states of being with a multicultural lens of hope and compassion.

Founder & CEO

Rachel comes from a background in cannabis education, psychedelics, accounting, and teen community counseling.  This multifaceted approach to wellness is seen from a rebellious lens that incorporates the spirit, mind, and body with the latest research methods of psychotherapy. 

Conscious Vision

After a lifetime of navigating challenges and overcoming adversity, Rachel has seen firsthand how the world often fails to embrace mental health differences. Her mission is to redefine the standard for mental health—one rooted in authenticity, boldness, and true empowerment.

Of course, professional therapists have their Informed Consent documents that inform you of what is ethical to disclose, but after that - everything is free range!  Life includes traditionally taboo topics like sex, grief, religion, drugs, culture, plant medicine, dreams, fears, meditations, psychedelic experiences, etc. - try to surprise us! Our team is unafraid to dive deep and discuss commonly "weird" topics. 

At the moment, The Higher Consciousness Center only offers virtual and phone sessions. However, plans for a physical space are expected for the summer of 2025.
